MyCity is a mobile application designed to ensure effective and constant communication between the public administrator and the citizens. It is a single point of access that enables simple interaction with the services of your municipality while reducing management time and promoting instant communication.
The app is structured for mobile technology and offers not only information but also operability. You can access your personal area, make reservations, send notifications, and submit administrative requests using your digital identity SPID.
MyCity offers useful information about the municipal administration of your city, the most active associations in the area, the commercial activities of the zone, and the most interesting cultural initiatives. It also allows you to geolocate your position in relation to the various points of interest in Italian Municipalities and calculate the fastest route to reach them.
The app is based on three fundamental concepts: concentration, immediacy, and effectiveness. All information is concentrated in one device, and the mobile tool allows for a constant and efficient propagation of the "news" of the municipality. It offers the possibility of reaching an important number of stakeholders, including citizens, users of the services, tourists, participants and organizers of cultural initiatives, companies, associations, and youth information.
